Delivery information

Delivery

At the moment, we only deliver to the UK at a flat fee of for orders under £5.00, and £5.95 for orders over £5.00 - although orders over £40.00 qualify for FREE DELIVERY!

All packages will be delivered by Royal Mail and tracking numbers will be texted to your phone if available. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of every order placed. Vouchers will be sent by first class post.

Breakages

If any of your products reach you damaged, please call us as quickly as possible on 01259 752774  or email us on info@bornintheborders.com and we will endeavour to rectify the issue.

Lack of stock

If for any reason we have run out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours to let you know and either offer a refund or arrange a delivery once stock has become available.

We do not keep any record of these, as they are all held by our payment partner Shopify.
