Shipping policy
Delivery
At the moment, we only deliver within the UK.
Any order over £50 qualifies for FREE next working day delivery.
Alternatively, you can choose between:
Next working day tracked delivery (order by 12pm Monday - Friday or 10pm Saturday): £7.95
Standard tracked delivery (2-3 working days): £4.95
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday; they are not dispatched on Sundays
- All next working day orders placed after 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following day for delivery the day after
- All next working day orders placed Sunday or after 10am on Saturday will be dispatched Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
All packages will be delivered by courier and tracking numbers will be emailed to you.
Breakages
If any of your products reach you damaged, please us as quickly as possible via info@borninscotland.online and we will endeavour to rectify the issue.
Lack of stock
If for any reason we have run out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours to let you know and either offer a refund or arrange a delivery once stock has become available.
Payment queries
If you have any issues with payment, please email us via info@borninscotland.online.
Your banking details
We do not keep any record of these, as they are all held by our payment partner Shopify.
