Tradition at its best

I’ve loved shortbread for as long as my memory serves me. Visiting Mrs P as a child, I always had a glass of lemonade and homemade shortbread. I have never been able to recapture that emotion of soft buttery/ sugary bites - never sure of which came first! Crystals shortbread is undoubtably the best homemade style I have tasted since. Hits every emotion every time.
